What Finger Do I Hold for Self-Love?

A client recently asked me this question, after a brief moment I answered, “All of them.”  Self-Love is really about your whole being coming into alignment.  As each attitude (worry, fear, anger, sadness & trying-to) shifts to it’s positive reflection (confidence, flow, harmony, joy and ease) your inner turmoil melts away. Once your inner turmoil dissipates your body, mind and spirit become one.  This alignment is nothing short of amazing.  I like to say, this is where the magic happens! The upheavals in life still come, yet it’s how you react to them that changes.  You don’t over react.  You are able to approach these scenarios with an inner calmness and clarity.
 
Imagine feeling joyful.
Imagine feeling confident.
Imagine feeling in flow.
Imagine approaching life from a state of harmony.
Imagine life being easy.

This is what happens when you practice the 4 Minute Flow on a regular basis. By holding each finger, you support every cell in your body and when all the attitudes are in alignment you can’t help but FALL IN LOVE WITH YOURSELF.

To me, that is the real key, it’s not about self-love, it’s about falling in love with yourself.
