Best Breakdown Ever

Pam felt the car leaning; I heard the funny thumping noise.

We pulled over and sure enough she had a flat tire. My friend Pam and I recently met for a take out lunch. We ordered our food and planned on eating outside on my patio.

Flat tire, damn. How would you react? We didn't miss a beat. Pam called AAA. I got my salad from the back seat, I was hungry. Once she renewed her AAA membership, explained about the flat tire and gave them our location, we were quoted 45 minutes wait time for the tow truck. Pam got her salad, now she was hungry.

We chatted the time away. Caught up on our businesses, our children, her recent trip to the beach and my month in Florida. We ate our salads. The tow truck arrived. So soon I said? We laughed.

I was so grateful to have this experience with someone who didn't get angry or emotional. Divine timing is everything. We were in a safe location and we had roadside assistance. We had food!

Pam describes herself as the Perfect Balance Guru and I use Jin Shin Jyutsu self-help to keep my attitudes in check. I know for me, when my body, mind and spirit are in homeostasis I don't over react to the unknown. Even when life pulls me off center, I utilize my tools to come back to center.

I FLOW through life and life FLOWS easily through me. Cheers to lots of self-help and the best breakdown ever.

xoxo~Beth
